Open House Saturday May 4, 2013
2-4 PM.
Come check out this great property!
Here are some thoughts from the sellers of this great home in the country...
The things I love about Kilbourne are that it has a country
feeling with being only 5 minuets from Delaware City. It is a small, quaint town where you know all
of your neighbors and can see the stars at night. Our neighborhood is great for backyard bbq's and bon
fires!
We love to order pizza from C'Dee's Market! It is a new addition to the market and their
food is amazing. They also have subs,
salads and pastas on their menu. For
breakfast, we enjoy going up to Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel which are just a
short 10 minuet drive away.
There are plenty of grocery stores to pick from in our
area. There is a brand new Meijer and
Aldi's. The Meijer is always clean and
the people there are always very friendly.
When we bought the property, we were drawn to the quaintness
of the area and the charm of the house.
Kilbourne area is wonderful for people that like the feel of
the country but don't want to be too far from the city. There are great ponds for fishing and walking
paths nearby. There is also a small park down the road for the kids to play
at.
Our house is located in the Buckeye Valley School
district. They have recently received
the highest rating on the most recent State of Ohio District Report Card from
the 2011-12 school year- "Excellent with Distinction."
Our utility costs are very reasonable and would be
considered average. We use AEP for our
electric and average about $100 per bill.
The windows create a great breeze in our house so the air conditioning
is not needed for most of the summer.
For our gas, we use Columbia which is an average of $150 (in the
winter). We have Delco Water which is
about $40 a month. We do have trash pickup
through Rumpke which is $75.
