The things I love about our home's location are that it is close to Polaris (great shopping and restaurants), it is close to 270 ( so it is easy to get anywhere in the city), and it is in a great school system. Our community is great for walking, pet owning, and hanging out at the pool. 
We love to eat at the following restaurants: Champp's, Chipotle, and Cosi.
The restaurants we can easily walk to are:  Dunkin Donuts, The Wine Bistro, and Smoothie King 
Grocery stores are plentiful and we can easily get to Giant Eagle, Kroger, Meijer, and Wal-Mart within a 5 minute drive. 
When we bought the property, we were drawn to the spacious floor plan, plentiful closet/storage space, the access to the pool and workout facilities, and the low maintenance. 
The north side of Columbus is a wonderful area full of many things to do. It is very close to a large, beautiful metro park, movie theaters, and  bike trails. 
A few other things I can mention are that this property has a view of the beautiful pond, spacious patio for entertaining in the summer, and a short walk to a playground.   
Our utility costs have been surprisingly low. Water and sewer cost about $55 per month. Gas heat, stove, and water heater total up to $55 for February with Columbia gas. Electric runs an average of $90 a month.
